If the conduct of an occupier of a section or his visitors or guests breaches Die Rand’s conduct rules, please inform the security officer at the gate. Our security personnel will assess the situation and take the necessary steps, including recording the breach of conduct rules in the incident register. Please do not contact the caretaker, especially after hours.
If the complaint is not adequately resolved, the unit’s owner must please lodge a complaint with the property administrator. The reason only owners can lodge this complaint is because the legislation governing sectional titles in South Africa and our management rules do not provide a mechanism where tenants can submit complaints directly to the Body Corporate.
